Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take?

Orders will be shipped every business day and specific arrival times will depend on your destination. Most New Zealand orders are delivered overnight. Most Australian orders sent by Express post are delivered within 1-3 business days or standard post within 1-2 weeks. We cannot guarantee delivery targets for non-express within Australia, or standard international shipping, though most are received within 1-2 weeks and tracking will be made available to you when selecting your shipping option. 

Do you have pick-ups available?

Very limited pick-up days and times available. If you would like to query pick-up please email info@oataua.co.nz 

What is your return policy? 

We will happily repair or replace all goods that are classified as faulty after assessment. Please hold onto all packaging as this is essential for us to make a claim for the damage. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item via email info@oataua.co.nz

Please ensure you are providing a shipping address to which the item can be safely delivered and left – we can not send replacements or refund for items deemed “left in a safe place” by the delivery service.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or bank account or a voucher issued. Please note, card refunds may take up to 3 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers.
